Residence Life Information Services supports the internet connections within the residence halls. If you have any problems or questions about connecting to the internet from your room in the residence halls, RLIS should be your first call. Our knowledgeable student staff will walk you though the solution over the phone if possible. If the problem cannot be solved via phone, we will personally visit your room to analyze the problem and find a solution as quickly as possible. We can assist with Cisco Clean Access Agent, anti-virus solutions, Windows Updates, and the physical data jack that brings internet to your room.

We work in conjunction with the ITS Support Center and General Computing Access to make sure that every student has a working internet connection in their room and computer resources available in their residence hall and throughout campus.

We have extended and weekend hours during fall move in help students when they need it most.
