From the Tools menu, click Internet Options
Switch to the Security Tab at the top of the Internet Options window
Click the Custom Level button near the bottom of the window
Scroll down to the Scripting section and check Enable
Click OK on the Security Settings window

From the Tools menu, select Pop-up Blocker
